While I am still on a little bit of a
Sauvignon Blanc kick, I try to find different ones in a
variety of price ranges. This one went for less than
$10.
This is actually the second time that I had
this wine, and coincidentally, I had it with exactly the
same meal; Chinese Pork Fried Rice, spicy, with shrimp
added in (I get it from a little shop at 7th & Market
Streets in Philadelphia).
I could only give this wine a 6; while the
taste is bright, not to too bright, it's great for drinking
right through. However, the taste does fade not too long
after opening, meaning just twelve hours later.
