Contrary to popular belief, extra dry is not the driest dosage of sparkling wine.  For those that say they hate dry wines, they never realize that brut means extra extra dry.  Anyway, I love having a sprkling wine which is just extra dry because it has more flavor.

This wine is 100% Glera -- there really is no grape called Prosecco -- and it has a characteristics of stone fruit under a slight powdering of cinnamon.  I know, you're like 'cinnamon?'  I would say that the stone fruit is definitely apricots.  The bubbles are small and constant, which speaks about the quality of production.

This wine is definitely a charmer!
