I actually have a love/hate relationship with Total Wine but I can tell you that them having their weekly samplings do give customers a chance to sample some phenomenal wines that cost less than $25.   There is already a wine by this company that I love, but tasting this one actually shook me to the core.

This wine is a prime example of what a true Pinot Grigio should taste like.  Grown in northern Italy and without all of the watering down of the grape, this wine delivers.  It is a combination of melon with a creaminess that just seduces your tongue and makes you want for more.  The color itself astounds, being a very light peach, or what you might call salmon.  The nose is floral with a hint of hibiscus and the mouth is just slightly silky.

Buy it, and share it with the one you love!

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
