Truth be told, I don't want to get into a rut of looking
for the same tastes in wines [which is why I need to get me
a couple of other people writing reviews as well with
different tasting styles], but there are certain styles of
various wines/varietals that move me. And this Snap Dragon
Chardonnay brings out the best flavors of apple, pineapple
and pear in a wonderful.
I would swear that this is partially aged in oak, but am
not going to bet my rep on it. However, it has just the
perfect weight and feel on your tongue, and I can see this
wine as perfect through all four seasons, with some great
emphasis during the spring and summer, and some heroism
during the fall. This wine would be perfect with just about
any dish for a white wine dinner, and it would even pair
well with certain desserts.
