I first tasted this rosé over the summer at Panorama
restaurant. The first thing that you notice about this
heavenly elixir is its color, which is a deep and dark red
bordering on a reddish purple. The next thing is the
smell, which hints of a rosé's acidity, but also gives you
something akin to cherries. Oh, and you can also get a
whiff of the alcohol content as well.
Upon tasting this wine, you are welcomed to a very well
tamed Malbec that's still regal, but light enough to
consume with anything. Actually, I could see having this
with just about anything except dishes that contain dairy,
but you could still do cheese by itself.
This wine is truly worthy of a 10, and I recommend that
you get it where you can.
