Produced by the same company that produces Belle Glos, this little brother is a nice wine full of spice surrounding a little decadent cherry which is a little tart and dark at the same time.  From what I understand, the maceration lasts either twelve or fourteen days, which gives this 100% Pinot Noir wine the feeling that maybe something like a little Syrah or Merlot was blended in.

What changes is the finish, as in the first few seconds you get one taste, but slowly you get a nice blend of spice that creeps down the back of your throat and stays there until the alcohol itself dissipates.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
