Pinot Gris, one of my favorite white varietals, and I really love it when done in the French/Alsace style.  This wine has a very light, aka delicate, taste but at least the finish lasts for at least forty seconds.  You get some pear and apricot with a little but of honeysuckle and nectarine.

At first I was upset that the wine seemed very light in flavor, but the more you sample it, the more it's true profile comes through as something very sophisticated; they do say that this wine is handcrafted by Joe Dundee.

The aroma is packed with a boquet of stone fruits, and this in itself is wonderful to behold.

I highly recommend this wine.
