I normally like this label as they provide some inexpensive but great wines, but this one totally sucks.  I would assume that something went wrong with the bottling since I have encountered this type of bad taste before, but it could just as well easily be the addition of a chemical to mass produced wines.  Sometimes, producers make the mistake of trying to gorow bigger and bigger when it would be much better to just do enough the write way.

This wine has too much taste of both oil and rotten eggs.  You can smell the citrus, but underneath the smell of petrol.  The flavor is nothing to let you know that this is a Sauvignon Blanc

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
