Much like the white by Folie a Deux, I was intrigued to try the Rose. And as such, it just happened right after I had a Friday night wine tastings featuring nothing more than Roses.

While convinced that I could envision most wines of this type best suited with citrus fruits or cold salads, including those filled with seafood, I found this an enjoyable wine that could go with certain types of desserts as well as basic snack foods.

Like its sister wine, I found this an interesting wine, and for the price, it's something that everyone should try at least once.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
